Maintenance & History

Engine Overhaul

Major Overhaul to New Limits completed November 1st, 2002 by Corona Aircraft Engines, Inc. Engine serial: L-33112-27A. Currently at <500 hours since overhaul.

Propeller

Propeller overhaul completed October 2009. Currently at 145.9 hours since overhaul.

Exterior

Professionally stripped and painted in 1995 by Dexter Aircraft Refinishing. Paint remains in good condition overall with minor signs of normal wear on leading edges and around the cowl.

Interior

Reupholstered in 2004 including new leather seats with upgraded foam, matching side panels, and carpet. In great condition with only minimal signs of wear.

Ownership History

Previously owned by a gentleman in central California for 23 years. Well-maintained and recently completed a 16-hour cross-country flight from California to Indiana, demonstrating excellent reliability.

Compliance

FAR 91.413 Valid through June 2025. Complete and well-detailed logbooks since new.
